A2C supports underrepresented founders, such as women, BIPOC, immigrants, LGBTQ+, and more by connecting them to resources and equitable funding opportunities. We work to bridge the gap in early-stage capital, advocating for a fairer distribution to empower diverse founders to succeed.

A2C fosters a supportive community for founders by building connections with investors, mentors, and advisors who are dedicated to their growth. Our inclusive network brings together Boston’s startup ecosystem, creating accessible opportunities and unified resources designed to empower underrepresented founders and establish lasting, collaborative relationships.
